Upload Interface

To upload a recording:

1. Click the Upload button in the navigation bar or on the Recordings page
2. The upload modal will open
3. Select your file using one of the methods below

Supported File Formats

The platform accepts these file formats:

• MP4 - Video files
• MP3 - Audio files
• M4A - Audio files
• WAV - Audio files

All formats are automatically detected and validated during upload.

Drag and Drop

The easiest way to upload files:

1. Open the upload modal
2. Drag your file from your computer
3. Drop it into the upload area
4. The file will be automatically selected

Tip: You can drag files directly from your file explorer or desktop.

File Selection

Alternative upload method:

1. Click the upload area or "Browse" button
2. Navigate to your file in the file explorer
3. Select the file and click "Open"
4. The file will be loaded into the upload interface

Upload Progress

During upload, you'll see:

• File Name: The name of the file being uploaded
• File Size: The size of the file
• Progress Bar: Real-time upload progress percentage
• Upload Speed: Current upload speed (if available)

Note: Large files may take several minutes to upload depending on your internet connection.

Upload Errors and Solutions

Common upload issues and how to resolve them:

"Unsupported file format"

• Solution: Ensure your file is in MP4, MP3, M4A, or WAV format
• Convert your file using a video/audio converter if needed

"File size exceeds 2GB"

• Solution: Compress your file or split it into smaller parts
• Use video compression tools to reduce file size

"Upload failed"

• Solution: Check your internet connection
• Try uploading again
• If the problem persists, contact support

"File already exists"

• Solution: Rename your file or check if it's already in your library
