Keyboard Shortcuts

The platform supports keyboard shortcuts to help you navigate and perform actions more efficiently. These shortcuts work throughout the application when you're not typing in text fields.

Navigation Shortcuts

• G then D: Navigate to Dashboard
• G then R: Navigate to Recordings
• G then M: Navigate to Meetings
• G then T: Navigate to Team
• G then S: Navigate to Settings
• G then I: Navigate to Integrations
• /: Open global search
• Esc: Close modals or cancel current action

Action Shortcuts

• U: Upload a new recording
• N: Create new meeting
• ?: Show keyboard shortcuts help
• Ctrl/Cmd + K: Open command palette
• Ctrl/Cmd + F: Search within current page
• Ctrl/Cmd + S: Save current form or document
• Ctrl/Cmd + Enter: Submit form

Recording Player Shortcuts

• Space: Play/Pause video
• → (Right Arrow): Skip forward 5 seconds
• ← (Left Arrow): Skip backward 5 seconds
• ↑ (Up Arrow): Increase volume
• ↓ (Down Arrow): Decrease volume
• M: Mute/Unmute
• F: Toggle fullscreen
• 0-9: Jump to percentage of video (0 = start, 9 = 90%)

Editor Shortcuts

• Ctrl/Cmd + B: Bold text
• Ctrl/Cmd + I: Italic text
• Ctrl/Cmd + U: Underline text
• Ctrl/Cmd + Z: Undo
• Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + Z: Redo
• Ctrl/Cmd + A: Select all
• Ctrl/Cmd + C: Copy
• Ctrl/Cmd + V: Paste
• Ctrl/Cmd + X: Cut

List View Shortcuts

• J: Move to next item
• K: Move to previous item
• Enter: Open selected item
• Delete: Delete selected item
• Shift + Click: Select range of items
• Ctrl/Cmd + Click: Toggle item selection

Note: Keyboard shortcuts may vary slightly depending on your operating system. Mac users should use Cmd instead of Ctrl.
