Monitor your usage in real-time:

• Recording Hours: Track transcription hours used this month
• Storage Usage: View storage space used and available
• API Calls: Monitor API usage and rate limits
• Team Members: Current number of active team members
• Integrations: Number of active integrations

Recording Limits

• Monthly Hours: Transcription hours included in your plan
• Used Hours: Hours used this billing cycle
• Remaining Hours: Hours remaining this month
• Overage: Additional hours beyond your plan (charged separately)

Transcription Hours

• Included Hours: Hours included in your subscription
• Used Hours: Hours consumed this month
• Overage Rate: Cost per hour for additional transcription
• Reset Date: When your monthly hours reset

Storage Limits

• Total Storage: Maximum storage space in your plan
• Used Storage: Current storage usage
• Available Storage: Remaining storage space
• Storage Breakdown: Storage used by recordings, transcripts, and other files

Team Member Limits

• Plan Limit: Maximum team members in your plan
• Current Members: Number of active team members
• Available Slots: Remaining team member slots
• Upgrade Required: Notification when approaching limit

Tip: Set up usage alerts to be notified when approaching limits. Go to Settings → Billing → Alerts.
