Meeting Information

Each meeting has detailed information that helps you understand its context, participants, and associated content.

Meeting Details View

Access meeting details by clicking on any meeting in the meetings list. The details view shows:

  • Overview: Basic meeting information
  • Recordings: Associated recordings and transcripts
  • Attendees: List of participants
  • History: Meeting activity and changes

Meeting Status (Scheduled, In-Progress, Completed, Cancelled)

Meetings display their current status:

  • Scheduled 🟢: Meeting is planned for a future date and time
  • In Progress 🟡: Meeting is currently happening (based on scheduled time)
  • Completed 🔵: Meeting has ended
  • Cancelled 🔴: Meeting was cancelled or deleted

Status is automatically updated based on the current time and meeting schedule.

Provider Information (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet)

Each meeting shows its video conferencing provider:

  • Provider Badge: Visual indicator showing the platform (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, etc.)
  • Provider Status: Connection status with the provider
  • Provider Sync: Last time the meeting was synced with the provider
  • Provider ID: Internal identifier from the provider system

This information helps you understand where the meeting is hosted and its connection status.

Attendees List

View all meeting participants:

  • Attendee Names: Full names when available
  • Email Addresses: Contact information for each attendee
  • Response Status: Shows if attendees have accepted, declined, or tentatively accepted
  • Organizer Badge: Indicates who organized the meeting
  • Optional Attendees: Marked if attendance is optional

Click on an attendee to see their profile or contact information.

Organizer Information

The meeting organizer is prominently displayed:

  • Organizer Name: Full name of the person who created the meeting
  • Organizer Email: Contact email for the organizer
  • Organizer Profile: Link to organizer's profile (if they're a team member)
  • Organizer Badge: Visual indicator showing this person organized the meeting

Meeting Recordings

View all recordings associated with a meeting:

  • Recording List: All recordings linked to this meeting
  • Recording Status: Processing status of each recording
  • Recording Duration: Length of each recording
  • Recording Date: When each recording was created
  • Quick Actions: Play, download, or view transcript for each recording

Recordings are automatically associated with meetings when:

  • Uploaded and linked to the meeting
  • Recorded by the platform's recording bot
  • Manually associated by a user

Associated Recordings List

The associated recordings section shows:

  • Recording Thumbnails: Visual preview of each recording
  • Recording Titles: Names of the recordings
  • Processing Status: Whether transcription is complete
  • Duration: Length of each recording
  • Upload Date: When recordings were added
  • Actions: Quick access to view, edit, or manage recordings

Click any recording to view its full details, transcript, and AI-generated content.
