Viewing Signal Results

Access all detected signals from your recordings:

  1. Navigate to Signals & InsightsSignal Results
  2. View signals in a list or grid view
  3. Filter results by:
  • Signal type or name
  • Domain
  • Recording or meeting
  • Date range
  • Priority level
  • Sentiment
  • Confirmation status
  1. Sort by date, priority, confidence, or relevance

Signal Details

View comprehensive details for each signal:

  • Signal Information: Name, type, domain, and category
  • Detection Details: When and where it was detected
  • Evidence: Full evidence snippets with context
  • Confidence Score: How certain the detection is
  • Speaker Information: Who said it (if available)
  • Sentiment: Emotional tone of the signal
  • Related Signals: Other signals from the same recording
  • Actions: Confirm, dismiss, edit, or add notes

Click on any signal to view its full details.

Evidence Snippets

Evidence snippets show the exact transcript text that triggered the signal:

  • Full Context: 2-3 sentences before and after the key statement
  • Highlighted Text: The specific phrase or concept that triggered detection
  • Timestamp Link: Click to jump to that moment in the recording
  • Speaker Label: Who said it (if speaker identification is available)

Evidence snippets help you verify signal accuracy and understand the context.

Timestamp Information

Every signal includes precise timestamp information:

  • Exact Time: The precise moment in the recording when the signal was detected
  • Click to Play: Click the timestamp to jump to that moment in the video player
  • Duration Context: See how long into the recording the signal appears
  • Time Range: For longer signals, see the start and end times

Timestamps make it easy to review the exact moment when something was said.

Speaker Attribution

When speaker identification is available, signals include speaker information:

  • Speaker Name: The identified speaker (if assigned)
  • Speaker Label: The detected speaker label (SPEAKER_1, SPEAKER_2, etc.)
  • Speaker Statistics: How often this speaker triggers signals
  • Speaker Profile: Link to the speaker's profile page

Speaker attribution helps you understand who said what and track patterns by speaker.

Sentiment Analysis

Each signal includes sentiment analysis:

  • Positive Sentiment: Signals with positive emotional tone
  • Negative Sentiment: Signals with negative emotional tone
  • Neutral Sentiment: Signals with neutral emotional tone
  • Sentiment Score: A numerical score indicating sentiment strength

Sentiment analysis helps you prioritize signals and understand the emotional context of conversations.

Priority Levels

Signals are assigned priority levels:

  • High Priority: Critical signals requiring immediate attention
  • Medium Priority: Important signals that should be reviewed soon
  • Low Priority: Informational signals for reference

Priority levels help you focus on the most important signals first. You can filter and sort by priority.

User Confirmation

Confirm or dismiss signals to improve accuracy:

Confirm Signal:

  • Mark the signal as accurate and confirmed
  • Confirmed signals are marked as verified
  • Helps track which signals you've reviewed
  • Improves signal accuracy over time

Dismiss Signal:

  • Mark the signal as a false positive
  • Dismissed signals are removed from active results
  • Helps the system learn and reduce false positives
  • You can still view dismissed signals in history

Add Notes:

  • Add your own notes or context to signals
  • Notes are visible to your team
  • Useful for adding additional context or follow-up actions

Signal Review Workflow

Establish a workflow for reviewing signals:

  1. Initial Review: Review high-priority signals first
  2. Evidence Check: Verify evidence snippets are accurate
  3. Context Review: Check the full context in the recording if needed
  4. Action Decision: Determine if action is needed based on the signal
  5. Confirmation: Confirm accurate signals, dismiss false positives
  6. Follow-Up: Take action or assign follow-up tasks as needed
