Account Setup

Registration Process

The registration process is straightforward:

  1. Personal Information: Provide your name and email address
  2. Password Creation: Create a strong password (minimum requirements apply)
  3. Organization Details: Enter your organization name and select your region
  4. Team Setup: Optionally set up your team name during registration
  5. Email Verification: Check your inbox for a verification email

Email Verification

After registration, you'll receive a verification email:

  1. Check your inbox (and spam folder if needed)
  2. Click the verification link in the email
  3. Your account will be activated automatically
  4. You can now log in to the platform

Note: If you don't receive the verification email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or request a new verification email from the login page.

Organization Setup

During registration, you'll set up your organization:

  • Organization Name: The name of your company or team
  • Region: Select your primary region (US, EU, or Asia)
  • Industry: Choose your industry sector (optional)
  • Company Size: Select the size range of your organization
  • Website: Add your company website (optional)

Team Invitation

Invite team members to collaborate:

  1. Navigate to SettingsTeam Management
  2. Click "Invite Team Member"
  3. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite
  4. Select their role (Owner, Admin, User, or Billing)
  5. Send the invitation

Invited members will receive an email with a link to join your organization.

Initial Configuration

After logging in for the first time, we recommend:

  1. Profile Setup: Complete your profile with a photo and contact information
  2. Notification Preferences: Configure how you want to receive notifications
  3. Timezone Settings: Set your timezone for accurate meeting scheduling
  4. Calendar Connection: Connect your calendar (Google, Microsoft, or Zoom)
  5. Storage Preferences: Review your storage settings and limits
