Owner Role

The Owner role has the highest level of access and control in the organization.

Owner Permissions

Owners have full access to:

  • Account Management: Complete control over account settings
  • Billing Access: Full access to billing, subscriptions, and payment methods
  • Team Management: Invite, remove, and manage all team members
  • Role Management: Change roles for any team member (except removing the last Owner)
  • Content Management: Full access to all content in the organization
  • Settings Access: Modify all organization settings
  • API Access: Create and manage API clients and keys
  • Data Export: Export all organization data
  • Account Deletion: Delete the entire organization

Account Management

Owners can:

  • Change organization name and details
  • Modify organization settings
  • Configure integrations
  • Manage security settings
  • Set up two-factor authentication requirements

Billing Access

Owners have complete billing control:

  • View and manage subscription plans
  • Update payment methods
  • View billing history and invoices
  • Upgrade or downgrade plans
  • Cancel subscriptions
  • Manage usage limits

Team Management

Owners can:

  • Invite unlimited team members
  • Remove any team member
  • Change any member's role
  • View all team activity
  • Manage team settings

Important: Every organization must have at least one Owner. The last Owner cannot be removed or have their role changed.
