Meeting Actions

Perform various actions on meetings to manage, share, and interact with them.

Join Meeting

Join a meeting with the recording bot to automatically record it:

  1. Open the meeting details page
  2. Click the Join Meeting button
  3. The platform's recording bot will join the meeting
  4. The bot will automatically record the meeting
  5. After the meeting ends, the recording will be processed and associated with the meeting

Note: The meeting must have a valid video conferencing URL (Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet) to use this feature.

Edit Meeting Details

Update meeting information:

  1. Open the meeting details page
  2. Click the Edit button (or use the actions menu)
  3. Modify any of the following:
    • Title and description
    • Meeting URL
    • Password
    • Scheduled start and end times
    • Timezone
    • Folder assignment
  4. Click Save to apply changes

Changes are saved immediately and reflected across the platform.

Delete Meetings

Remove meetings from your list:

  1. Select one or more meetings
  2. Click the Delete button (or use the actions menu)
  3. Confirm deletion in the confirmation dialog
  4. The meeting(s) will be permanently removed

Warning: Deleting a meeting does not delete associated recordings. Recordings remain accessible even after the meeting is deleted.

You can delete:

  • Single Meeting: Delete one meeting at a time
  • Multiple Meetings: Select multiple meetings and delete them in bulk

Share Meetings

Share meetings with team members:

  1. Open the meeting details page
  2. Click the Share button
  3. Select team members or enter email addresses
  4. Choose permission level:
    • View: Can view meeting details and recordings
    • Edit: Can edit meeting details
    • Full Access: Can manage all aspects of the meeting
  5. Add an optional message
  6. Click Share

Shared meetings appear in the recipient's meetings list with appropriate permissions.

Duplicate Meetings

Create a copy of an existing meeting:

  1. Open the meeting details page
  2. Click the Duplicate button (or use the actions menu)
  3. A new meeting form opens with all details pre-filled
  4. Modify any details as needed
  5. Click Create Meeting to save the duplicate

This is useful for:

  • Recurring meetings with similar details
  • Creating meeting templates
  • Copying meetings to different folders

Meeting History

View the complete history of a meeting:

  • Creation Date: When the meeting was first created
  • Last Modified: When details were last updated
  • Status Changes: History of status transitions
  • Recording Additions: When recordings were associated
  • Share Events: When the meeting was shared with others
  • Sync Events: Calendar sync history

Access meeting history from the meeting details page under the History tab.
