Billing Management

Payment Methods

Manage your payment methods:

  1. Go to SettingsBillingPayment Methods
  2. Click Add Payment Method
  3. Enter your card details or select a payment provider
  4. Set as default payment method (optional)
  5. Click Save

Managing Payment Methods

  • Add Card: Add a new credit or debit card
  • Update Card: Update card information or expiration date
  • Set Default: Choose which payment method to use by default
  • Remove Card: Delete a payment method (requires at least one active method)

Security: All payment information is encrypted and securely stored. We never store your full card number.

Billing History

View your billing history:

  1. Navigate to SettingsBillingBilling History
  2. View all past invoices and payments
  3. Click on an invoice to view details
  4. Download invoices as PDF
  5. Filter by date range or status

Invoice Management

  • View Invoices: Access all past and current invoices
  • Download Invoices: Download invoices as PDF files
  • Email Invoices: Receive invoices via email automatically
  • Invoice Details: View line items, taxes, and payment status
  • Payment Status: Track paid, pending, and failed payments

Subscription Management

Upgrading Your Plan

  1. Go to SettingsBillingPlans
  2. Review available plans
  3. Select the plan you want to upgrade to
  4. Review the changes and pricing
  5. Confirm the upgrade
  6. Your new plan will be active immediately

Downgrading Your Plan

  1. Navigate to SettingsBillingPlans
  2. Select a lower-tier plan
  3. Review what features you'll lose
  4. Confirm the downgrade
  5. Changes take effect at the end of your billing cycle

Note: Downgrading may result in loss of access to certain features. Review the plan comparison before downgrading.

Cancelling Subscription

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Go to SettingsBillingSubscription
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Select a reason for cancellation (optional)
  4. Confirm cancellation
  5. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period

Note: You can reactivate your subscription at any time before the end of the billing period.
