General Settings

Profile Information

Your profile information helps personalize your experience and allows team members to identify you.

Updating Your Profile

  1. Navigate to SettingsGeneral Settings
  2. Click on the Profile section
  3. Update the following information:
    • Name: Your full name as it appears to team members
    • Email: Your primary email address (used for login and notifications)
    • Profile Photo: Upload a profile picture (recommended: square image, 200x200px minimum)
    • Job Title: Your role or position (optional)
    • Department: Your department or team (optional)
    • Phone Number: Contact number (optional)
    • Bio: A brief description about yourself (optional)
  4. Click Save Changes to update your profile

Note: Your email address is used for authentication. If you need to change it, you may need to verify the new email address.

Account Preferences

Customize how the platform behaves for your account:

Display Settings

  • Theme: Choose between Light, Dark, or System default
  • Density: Select Compact, Comfortable, or Spacious layout
  • Language: Choose your preferred interface language
  • Date Format: Select your preferred date format (MM/DD/YYYY, DD/MM/YYYY, etc.)
  • Time Format: Choose 12-hour or 24-hour time format

Language Settings

The platform supports multiple languages:

  1. Go to SettingsGeneral SettingsLanguage
  2. Select your preferred language from the dropdown
  3. The interface will update immediately
  4. Available languages include:
    • English
    • Spanish
    • French
    • German
    • And more...

Note: Changing the interface language does not affect transcription language settings. Transcription language is configured separately in Recording Settings.

Timezone Configuration

Setting your timezone ensures accurate meeting scheduling and timestamp display:

  1. Navigate to SettingsGeneral SettingsTimezone
  2. Select your timezone from the dropdown or search for your city
  3. Enable Daylight Saving Time if applicable to your region
  4. Click Save to apply changes

Tip: Your timezone setting affects:

  • Meeting start/end times
  • Recording timestamps
  • Activity feed timestamps
  • Calendar sync times
