Sharing Meetings

Share meetings with team members:

  1. Navigate to the meeting you want to share
  2. Click the "Share" button
  3. Enter email addresses or select team members
  4. Choose permission level:
  • View Only: Can view meeting details and associated recordings
  • Edit: Can edit meeting details and add recordings
  1. Optionally add a message
  2. Click "Share" to grant access

What Gets Shared:

  • Meeting details (title, description, time, attendees)
  • Associated recordings
  • Meeting notes and comments
  • Meeting history

Meeting Access Control

Control who can access and modify meetings:

Access Levels:

  • Private: Only the organizer and explicitly shared users can access
  • Team: All team members can view (based on team permissions)
  • Organization: All organization members can view

Permission Levels:

  • View: Can view meeting details and recordings
  • Edit: Can modify meeting details and add recordings
  • Manage: Can delete meetings and manage sharing

Setting Access:

  1. Open meeting settings
  2. Navigate to "Access & Sharing"
  3. Choose access level (Private, Team, or Organization)
  4. Set default permissions for new shares
  5. Save changes

Shared Meeting Notifications

Stay informed about shared meetings:

Notification Types:

  • Email Notification: Receive email when a meeting is shared with you
  • In-App Notification: See notifications in the platform
  • Calendar Integration: Shared meetings may appear in your calendar

Notification Settings:

  1. Go to SettingsNotifications
  2. Configure sharing notifications:
  • Enable/disable email notifications
  • Choose notification frequency
  • Set notification preferences
  1. Save settings

What You'll Be Notified About:

  • When a meeting is shared with you
  • When you're added as an attendee
  • When recordings are added to shared meetings
  • When meeting details are updated
