The Billing role provides specialized access for managing billing and subscriptions without full administrative privileges.

Billing Permissions

Billing users can:

  • View Billing: Access billing dashboard and subscription details
  • Payment Management: Update payment methods and billing information
  • Subscription Management: View subscription plans and usage
  • Invoice Access: View and download invoices
  • Usage Monitoring: Monitor usage limits and consumption
  • Plan Information: View available plans and features

Payment Management

Billing users can:

  • Add, update, or remove payment methods
  • Update billing address and contact information
  • View payment history
  • Download invoices and receipts
  • Set up automatic payments

Subscription Management

Billing users can:

  • View current subscription plan
  • See plan features and limits

Limitations

Billing users cannot:

  • Change subscription plans (upgrade/downgrade)
  • Cancel subscriptions (only Owners can do this)
  • Access content or team management features
  • Modify organization settings
  • Invite or manage team members
  • View or manage content
