Global search, recording search, meeting search, advanced filters, filter combinations, saved searches.

Search & Filtering

The global search feature allows you to quickly find recordings, meetings, transcripts, and more across your entire organization.

  1. Click the search icon in the top navigation bar or press Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows/Linux)
  2. Type your search query in the search box
  3. Results appear instantly as you type, organized by type:
  • Recordings: Matching titles, descriptions, or transcript content
  • Meetings: Matching meeting titles, descriptions, or attendees
  • Transcripts: Full-text search within transcript content
  • Tags: Matching tag names
  • Folders: Matching folder names

Search Tips

  • Use quotes for exact phrases: "action items"
  • Use operators: AND, OR, NOT for complex queries
  • Search by speaker: speaker:John
  • Search by date: date:2024-01-01
  • Search by tag: tag:important

Find specific recordings using advanced search filters:

  1. Navigate to Recordings in the main menu
  2. Use the search bar at the top of the recordings list
  3. Apply filters to narrow your search:
  • Status: New, Processing, Completed, Failed
  • Date Range: Created date, processed date
  • Duration: Minimum and maximum duration
  • File Size: File size range
  • Folder: Filter by folder location
  • Tags: Filter by one or more tags
  • Speaker: Filter by detected speakers
  • Has Transcript: Show only recordings with transcripts

Search for meetings using various criteria:

  1. Go to Meetings in the main menu
  2. Use the search and filter options:
  • Status: Scheduled, In Progress, Completed, Cancelled
  • Date Range: Start date, end date
  • Provider: Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, Other
  • Attendees: Search by attendee name or email
  • Organizer: Filter by meeting organizer
  • Has Recording: Show only meetings with associated recordings
  • Folder: Filter by folder location

Advanced Filters

Combine multiple filters to create precise searches:

  1. Click the Filters button in any list view
  2. Select multiple filter criteria
  3. Use filter operators:
  • All: All selected filters must match (AND)
  • Any: At least one filter must match (OR)
  1. Save your filter combination for quick access later

Filter Combinations

Create powerful search queries by combining filters:

Example 1: Find Important Recordings from Last Week

  • Date Range: Last 7 days
  • Tag: Important
  • Status: Completed
  • Has Transcript: Yes

Example 2: Find Meetings with Specific Attendee

Example 3: Find Long Recordings with Action Items

  • Duration: Greater than 30 minutes
  • Tag: Action Items
  • Status: Completed

Saved Searches

Save frequently used search queries for quick access:

  1. Create your search with desired filters
  2. Click Save Search button
  3. Give your saved search a name (e.g., "Weekly Team Meetings")
  4. Access saved searches from the Saved Searches dropdown
  5. Edit or delete saved searches from SettingsSaved Searches
