Overview

The Meeting Management section helps you organize, track, and manage all your meetings in one centralized location. Whether your meetings come from calendar sync or are created manually, you can keep track of scheduled meetings, join recordings, and organize everything efficiently.

Meeting Types

The platform supports various types of meetings:

  • Scheduled Meetings: Meetings with a specific start and end time
  • Recurring Meetings: Meetings that occur on a regular schedule
  • Instant Meetings: Ad-hoc meetings created on the fly
  • Recorded Meetings: Meetings that have associated recordings

Meeting Sources

Meetings can come from different sources:

  • Calendar Sync: Automatically imported from Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, or Zoom Calendar
  • Manual Creation: Created directly in the platform
  • Integration Import: Imported from connected tools and services

Meeting Lifecycle

Meetings progress through different stages:

  1. Scheduled: Meeting is scheduled for a future date and time
  2. In Progress: Meeting is currently happening (based on scheduled time)
  3. Completed: Meeting has ended
  4. Cancelled: Meeting was cancelled or deleted
