Recording Details Page

The recording details page provides comprehensive information and controls for each recording.

Overview Tab

The overview tab shows:

  • Recording Title: Editable title of the recording
  • Description: Optional description
  • Status Badge: Current processing status
  • Duration: Total recording length
  • File Size: Size of the uploaded file
  • Created Date: When the recording was uploaded
  • Owner: Who uploaded the recording
  • Participants: Team members with access
  • Associated Meeting: Linked meeting (if any)
  • Folder: Current folder location
  • Tags: Applied hashtags/tags

Video Player

The integrated video player features:

  • Playback Controls: Play, pause, seek, volume
  • Fullscreen Mode: Watch in fullscreen
  • Playback Speed: Adjust speed (0.5x to 2x)
  • Quality Selection: Choose video quality (if available)
  • Keyboard Shortcuts: Space to play/pause, arrow keys to seek

Tip: Click on transcript timestamps to jump to that moment in the video.

Thumbnail Generation

  • Thumbnails are automatically generated from video files
  • Multiple thumbnails may be available for long recordings
  • Thumbnails help identify recordings at a glance
  • Thumbnails appear in list views and cards

Duration and Size

Duration:

  • Displayed in hours:minutes:seconds format
  • Shows total recording length
  • Used for processing time estimates

File Size:

  • Displayed in KB, MB, or GB
  • Shows original file size
  • Helps track storage usage

Creation Date

  • Shows when the recording was uploaded
  • Formatted as: "MMM DD YYYY, HH:MM"
  • Used for sorting and filtering
  • Helps track recording history

Status Information

Status is displayed with:

  • Status Badge: Color-coded badge showing current status
  • Status Message: Descriptive text about the status
  • Processing Progress: Progress indicator (if processing)
  • Error Details: Error message (if failed)

Status badge colors:

  • Blue: New/Split/Queue
  • Yellow: Processing/Transcribing
  • Green: Done
  • Red: Error
