Integration Management

Manage all your connected integrations from one central location.

Viewing Connected Integrations

View all your integrations:

  1. Navigate to SettingsIntegrations
  2. You'll see a list of all available integrations
  3. Connected integrations show a "Connected" status with a green indicator
  4. Available but not connected integrations show an "Available" status
  5. Click on any integration to view details and manage settings

Managing Integration Settings

Configure and customize each integration:

  1. Click on a connected integration
  2. Review integration status and health
  3. Access integration-specific settings
  4. Configure sync preferences
  5. Set up automation rules
  6. Review sync history and logs
  7. Save your changes

Disconnecting Integrations

Disconnect an integration when you no longer need it:

  1. Navigate to the integration you want to disconnect
  2. Click "Settings" or the gear icon
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the settings page
  4. Click "Disconnect" or "Remove Integration"
  5. Confirm the disconnection
  6. The integration will be disconnected and data sync will stop

Warning: Disconnecting an integration will stop all data synchronization. Historical data will remain, but no new data will be synced.

Integration Health Monitoring

Monitor the health of your integrations:

  • Status Indicators: Green (healthy), Yellow (warning), Red (error)
  • Last Sync Time: See when each integration last synced successfully
  • Error Count: View number of recent errors
  • Sync Statistics: Review sync success rates and volumes
  • Health Checks: Automatic health checks run periodically

Error Handling and Resolution

When integration errors occur:

  1. Review Error Messages: Check the integration status page for specific error messages
  2. Error Categories: Errors are categorized (authentication, API limits, data validation, etc.)
  3. Automatic Retries: The platform automatically retries failed syncs
  4. Manual Resolution: Some errors require manual intervention
  5. Support Resources: Access troubleshooting guides and support

Common Error Types:

  • Authentication Errors: Re-authenticate the integration
  • API Rate Limits: Wait for rate limit reset or upgrade API limits
  • Permission Errors: Verify permissions in the third-party service
  • Data Validation Errors: Review and fix data that doesn't meet requirements
  • Network Errors: Check connectivity and service status

Sync Status and Logs

Review detailed sync information:

  1. Open an integration's settings
  2. Navigate to "Sync Status" or "Sync Logs"
  3. View sync history with timestamps
  4. Review successful syncs and errors
  5. Filter logs by date, status, or type
  6. Export logs for analysis if needed

Sync Log Information:

  • Sync Timestamp: When the sync occurred
  • Sync Type: Full sync, incremental sync, or manual sync
  • Records Processed: Number of records synced
  • Status: Success, partial success, or failure
  • Error Details: Specific error messages for failed syncs
