Ask questions about your recordings and get intelligent, context-aware answers powered by AI. The AI chat feature understands the full context of your recording and can answer questions about any aspect of the conversation.

How AI Chat Works:

1. Context Loading: The AI loads the full transcript and summary
2. Question Processing: Your question is analyzed in context
3. Intelligent Response: The AI searches the transcript and provides relevant answers
4. Source Citations: Responses include timestamps to the relevant parts of the recording

Creating Chat Sessions

Start a new chat session with a recording:

1. Navigate to any recording's detail page
2. Click on the Chat tab
3. A new chat session is automatically created
4. Start asking questions immediately

Chat Session Features:

• Persistent History: Your conversation history is saved
• Multiple Sessions: Create different chat sessions for different topics
• Session Management: View and manage all your chat sessions

Asking Questions

Ask natural language questions about your recording:

Example Questions:

• "What were the main topics discussed?"
• "What did Speaker Name say about the project timeline?"
• "What are the key decisions made in this meeting?"
• "Summarize the discussion about topic"

Get started quickly with suggested prompts:

Chat History

Your chat history is automatically saved:

• Session History: All questions and answers in a session are saved
• Previous Sessions: Access previous chat sessions
• Search History: Search through your chat history
• Export: Export chat conversations for reference

Managing Chat History:

• View all sessions in the chat interface
• Delete sessions you no longer need
• Resume previous conversations
• Share chat sessions with team members
